(b) Madhesi: A document certified by the Nepal Government or by the chief district officer until a designated institution is established.

(c) Dalits: Certificate based on the castes listed by the National Dalit Commission. For multiple surnames within a caste, certification from the chief district officer is needed.

(d) Disabled Persons: Disability ID card issued by the Social Welfare Council or the relevant local level.

(e) Backward Areas: Citizenship certificate from the relevant district and additional documentation for those with citizenship from a different district, including reasons or proof of marriage/migration.

The authenticity of these documents is crucial. If found invalid, the application may be canceled immediately.

(a) Experience Requirement: If the advertisement specifies a required period of experience, it must be completed by the application submission deadline. Note that double duty periods are not considered for age, educational qualifications, or experience.

(b) Eligibility of Civil Servants: Civil servants in the first class or similar positions before the adjustment according to the Employee Adjustment Act, 2075, are not eligible to apply.

(f) Educational Qualification Deadline: The required educational qualification should be obtained by the deadline for application submission. Foreign degrees must be validated by the relevant agency. For degrees from Nepalese universities, candidates must submit their qualification certificate or transcript by the deadline. If results are published by the university within the deadline, a letter from the university confirming completion of all degree requirements is acceptable.

(h) Fixed Advertisement Number and Exam Center: Once selected, the advertisement number and examination center cannot be revised.
