Lok Sewa Aayog Notice to Submit Applications and Petitions for Nayab Subba: Public Service Commission (PSC), Kamalpokhri, Kathmandu, has issued a notice regarding the submission of applications and petitions as per the Hon'ble Supreme Court Writ No. 079-4/0-0509. The court had issued an interim order on 20th Magh 2079, for the implementation of the order for Nayab Subba or similar (non-technical) posts by 27th Poush 2079.
As per the decision taken in the meeting held on 5th Phalgun 2079, the Public Service Commission has published an advertisement for Non-Gazetted First Class, Nayab Subba, or similar posts. The advertisement was published for various offices under the Commission, in compliance with the interim order issued by the court. Permanent employees who were recommended and appointed through the examination for the local level have been invited to apply. The deadline for submitting the application is 21 (twenty-one) days from 5th Phalgun 2079 to 25th Phalgun 2079. There is no age limit for the applicants, and the application must be submitted through the Commission's online application system.
The candidates submitting the application are required to upload a separate application in the experience section of the online application system of the Vyhora Khulai Commission without imposing an age limit, as per the interim order of the honorable court.
Furthermore, the Public Service Commission had previously published an advertisement on 15th Jestha 2076 for the local level, recommended and posted among the permanent employees who are currently employed. The Commission has informed that if there are any candidates who had applied within the specified period but their application was rejected due to the age limit, they can submit their application to any office of the Public Service Commission, where their application will be accepted regardless of the age limit.
In case of a final order from the court, related information and the procedure to be followed will be provided by the Commission.
Therefore, all concerned candidates are advised to submit their applications within the specified period through the Commission's online application system.
