Lekam Rural Municipality, Rural Municipal Executive Office, Ratamata, Darchula announces vacancy for Rojgar Samyojak and Prabidhik Sahayak Post
To fill up the required employment coordinator and technical posts for the employment service center operated in Lekam Rural Municipality; Interested Nepali citizens who have reached the following qualifications are requested to apply to this office within 15 days for the required details and receipt of payment of revenue.
1. Employment Coordinator (Rojgar Samyojak) - 1 (One)
2. Technical Assistant (Prabidhik Sahayak) - 1 (One)
1) Minimum qualifications and experience required:
For Employment Coordinator:
A) At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal,
B) 21 years from the last date of application and not exceeding 45 years,
C) no action to be taken to disqualify him for future government service,
D) Not found guilty by a court on a criminal charge of moral turpitude,
E) Having the following knowledge related to computers,
1) Devanagarik and can type English fluently,
2) Has the ability to use a computer, printer, scanner, multimedia, and other devices,
3) Ability to use MS-Word Package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, etc.),
4) Have basic knowledge about email internet.
5) Have basic knowledge of Management Information Systems (MID).
For Technical Assistants:
A) Proficiency Certificate or Overseer or Diploma in Civil Engineering,
B) Experience and SIP: The following experience and SIP will be required in Technical Assistant,
i) Have basic computer skills with at least 3 months training,
ii) Experience working in a team to prepare and analyze project cost estimates, supervision and final cost details for construction and maintenance of infrastructure, to achieve project goals and quantities, at least 6 months experience including interpersonal skills.
C) At least 18 years of age and not exceeding 45 years.
2) Place of application: Office of Lekam Municipality Ratamata Darchula.
3) Last date to apply: 2078, 1021 within office hours.
4) Application fee is Rs. 1,000, - (Axis Rs. One Thousand only)
5) Type of Selection: Publication of Preliminary Qualification List and Written Examination.
6) Documents attached with the application: Copies of the following documents certified by the applicant himself,
i) Citizenship
ii) Certificate of Minimum Qualification
iii) Certificate of Character
iv) Experience opening documents
v) 2 passport size photos
7) Service facility: The same salary of local service will get the same salary scale, local allowance, dress allowance, and festival expenses. The posts of Technical Assistant in Rural Municipality and Municipality shall be as per (11), (12), and (13).
8) Job Description: The criteria related to the recruitment and service facilities of the employment coordinator will be as per Article 14 of 2076. The procedure for filling the post of Technical Assistant in Rural Municipality and Municipality shall be as per Article 9.
