Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Institution is a national-level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to conduct “D” class financial transactions. The main goal of this organization is to contribute to the economic and social development of the area/class by providing all the services of microfinance (microcredit, micro-savings, micro-insurance, remittance, tablet banking) to the area/class that does not have financial services.

Minimum educational and other qualifications:
- Junior Officer (Branch Head): Graduated and worked in a microfinance institution or bank and financial institution for at least 5 years.
- Junior Assistant (Field Assistant): Passed Proficiency Certificate Level / 10 + 2, (For Permanent Residents of Provinces No. 1 and 2 only.)
Other required information:
Age: 21 years completed and not exceeding 32 years for Advertisement No. 1 (5 years will be added in case of the female candidate). Completed 18 years and not exceeding 30 years for Advertisement No. 2 (5 years will be added in case of the female candidate).
Type, date, and place of examination: written, interview (will be informed later.)
Place of work: In the new branch offices currently in operation and to be opened in the future.
Nature of the post: To be permanent for Advertisement No. 1 after a satisfactory trial period of 6 months. For Advertisement No. 2, posting will be done after a satisfactory training period of 6 months, after that, it will be permanent after a satisfactory trial period of 6 months, no other facility will be available except training allowance during the training period.

Examination Fee: Candidates on the shortlist will have to pay an examination fee of Rs. 500 to participate in the written examination.
