Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national-level microfinance financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to conduct “D” class financial transactions.
As a subsidiary of Laxmi Bank, the organization is currently providing financial services to about 98,000 customer members from 90 branch offices in all seven states. The main objective of this organization is to contribute to the economic and social development of the sector/class by providing all the services of microfinance (microcredit, micro-savings, micro-insurance, remittance, tablet banking) to the sector/class which does not have financial services.
Since the organization needs detailed staff to fulfill this objective, applications are invited from qualified, enthusiastic, result-oriented Nepali citizens.

Additional Required Information:
Age: minimum 18 years and not exceeding 30 years (5 years will be added in case of the female candidate).

Selection Process: Local applicants will be contacted in various branch offices of the organization for the selection process. Special preference will be given to candidates who have a motorcycle, know how to drive a motorcycle, have a license to drive a motorcycle.
Place of work: In the new branch offices currently in operation and to be opened in the future.
Nature of the post: Posting after a satisfactory training period of 6 months, after which it will be permanent after a satisfactory trial period of 6 months.
Special Acceptance: Experienced candidates who have worked in microfinance can be appointed directly for the probationary period based on their experience.
