Lalitpur Metropolitan City Announces Nepal Bhasa  Facilitator/ Associate Teacher Positions

Lalitpur Metropolitan City's Municipal Executive Office in Pulchwok is now inviting applications for the position of Nepal Language Facilitator/Associate Teacher. This opportunity is open to Nepali citizens who meet the specified qualifications and are interested in teaching Nepal Bhasa language in community schools under contract service.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not older than 35 years at the time of application submission. However, the upper age limit is extended to 40 years for female applicants.
• There is no age limit for those who have been teaching Nepal Bhasa in public schools within Lalitpur Metropolitan City for the past year.

Contract Period

• The contract will last until the end of June 2081, with the possibility of an extension based on performance evaluation and needs.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Completion of Class 12th or equivalent.

• Service facilities similar to those of a primary level third-class (contract) employee will be provided.

• Copy of Nepali Citizenship.

• A recommendation confirming proficiency in speaking, writing, and teaching the Nepali language.

Preference

• Candidates with a minimum educational qualification in Nepal Bhasa language from within the Metropolitan area will be given priority.

• Obtain and submit the application form and syllabus by downloading from Lalitpur Metropolitan Municipality’s website: www.lmc.gov.np.
• Submit the application to the Education Division of the Metropolitan Municipality within office hours.

Selection Process

• Written Examination.
• Oral Examination (for candidates successful in the written exam).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as outlined in the contract agreement for the Nepal Language Facilitator at the community school.

Application Period

• From 2nd January 2080 to 16th Mag

ha 2080.

• In case the last day of application falls on a public holiday, submissions will be accepted on the next working day.

Submission of Incomplete Applications

• Applications that do not meet the minimum educational qualifications or are not duly submitted will not be considered.
