Kwholasothar Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Maling, Lamjung, Gandaki Province Vacancy Announcement for Rojgar Samyojak, MIS Operator and Agriculture JTA on contract service
Kwholasothar Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive under the various branches under the vacant positions of the following because the staff positions are to be filled in contract service; Eligible Nepali citizens are requested to submit their application within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification.
1) Employment Coordinator (Authorized Sixth Level, or Similar) - 1 (One)
2) MIS Operator, Assistant Level V or Similar - 1 (One)
3) Agriculture JTA, Assistant Level 4th Level or Similar - 1 (One)
1) Required Minimum Educational Qualification:-
(a) Employment Coordinator: At least a graduate degree or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal, completed 21 years and not exceeding 45 years, has no action to disqualify him for future government service, has not been found guilty by a court of any criminal charge showing moral turpitude. ,' Able to type efficiently in Devanagari and English, have proficiency in MS-Office Package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), have knowledge in Management Information System (MIS).
(b) MIS Operator:- Passed Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent in computer subject from an educational institution recognized by Government of Nepal or passed Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent and received computer-related training for at least 6 months, completed 18 years and not exceeding 40 years , able to type Unicode and English efficiently in Devanagari script, having proficiency in MS-Office Package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), having knowledge of Email Internet and Management Information System (MIS).
(c) Junior Technical Assistant JTA (Agricultural Service) Passed 18 months JTA course from a recognized educational institution, completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
2) Application fee: In case of employment coordinator, Rs. 1500/- rupees one thousand five hundred only) and in case of speaking post Rs. 1000/- (literally one thousand rupees only).
3) Last date for submission of application: Within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification within office hours.
4) Documents to be attached with the application: copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, copy of certificate of minimum educational qualification, copy of character certificate, proof of experience, 2 passport size photos and other related documents.
5) Place of submission of application: Maling Lamjung Office of Kwholasothar Rural Municipality.
6) Selection Type: In case of employment coordinator, publication of preliminary qualification list, written and interview, in case of MIS Operator, short list (short list), computer typing and skill test and interview and in case of other posts only interview.
