Kummayak Rural Municipality, Rural Municipal Executive Office, Yasok, Panchthar, 1 no. Province, Nepal  Notice of Invitation for Application for Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Facilitator

Since the Rural Municipality, in partnership with the State Government and Karuna Foundation Nepal, has to fill the vacancy in the contract service through open competitive examination for the required details for the Disability Prevention Rehabilitation Program; Interested, eligible Nepali citizens who have reached the required minimum qualification without any guilt are invited to fill the application form.

Attach 2 passport size photocopies along with all the details to be filled in the application form prescribed by the Rural Municipality along with the transcript and character certificate of your Nepali citizenship and the minimum educational qualification prescribed for the post to be applied for, and a bank voucher for paying the examination fee; Educational qualifications obtained from countries other than Nepal, along with a certificate of equivalence from Tribhuvan University, must be submitted to this office.

No action will be taken on the documents which have not met the required educational qualifications and have not paid the prescribed examination fees. Also, no action will be taken on the application of the disqualified candidates as per the prevailing law. If the application form is filled with false details, the applicant will be responsible for it.

1. Position: Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Facilitator

2) Educational Qualification: Gained service experience by passing ANM or CMA or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

3) Have basic knowledge about computers.

4) Salary facility: Fifteen thousand per month and other benefits will be as per contract agreement.

5) Age: 18 years and not exceeding 35 years (in case of women under 40 years)

6) Selection Method: Written, Computer Skills Test and Direct Interview.

7) Examination fee: Rs. 300

8) Last date for submission of application: 2077-11-22.

9) Syllabus: This can be obtained along with the application form.

10) Special Arrangements: There will be two months of community-based rehabilitation training after selection.

Salary and remuneration will not be received during the training period. Preference will be given to locals and persons working in the field of health and disability.

11) In case of any dispute regarding the application, the decision of the village executive will be the final decision.
