Krishnanagar Municipality, located in Kapilvastu district of Lumbini Pradesh, is looking for technical staff on a contractual basis. The municipality has invited applications for the following positions:
- Sub-Engineer - 1 (One)
- Assistant Sub-Engineer - 3 (Three)
- Assistant Computer Operator - 1 (One)
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these positions, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Must be a Nepalese citizen.
- Age should be between 18 and 45 years.
Educational qualification should be as follows:
- For the post of Assistant Sub Engineer, one should have passed SLC or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and completed training in the related subject or TSLC course in the related subject from a technical school.
- For the post of Sub Engineer, one must have passed the certificate level or equivalent in civil engineering from a recognized educational institution.
- For the post of Assistant Computer Operator, one must have passed the certificate level or equivalent in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution and received training in the relevant subject.
- Must not have been convicted in criminal charges showing moral turpitude.
- The application should not be disqualified for future government jobs.
Application Process
Interested candidates should submit their applications to the administration branch of the municipal office within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice. The application form should be attached to the application, along with a copy of the certificate of educational qualification, a certified copy of the certificate of Nepali citizenship, receipt of revenue payment, and, in case of experience, a certified copy of the same. All copies should be signed and certified by the candidate on the backside.
Selection Process
The examination for the post of Assistant Computer Operator will be conducted through interview and written examination, while the examination for the post of Assistant Sub Engineer and Sub Engineer will be conducted through interview and written examination.
