- If due to various reasons, the annual schedule for this fiscal year cannot be completed, it will be adjusted in the following fiscal year's schedule.
- The replacement process of the provincial civil service (formation and operation) act, 2080, as per subsection (1) of section 16, will start in Shrawan 2081 and conclude by the end of 2081.
