KIN Nepal Vacancy for Team Leader, Border Surveillance Facilitator, and Community facilitator:
Aafanta Nepal (KIN Nepal) working in the campaign to end human trafficking and sexual violence for Jhapa, Morang, Parsa, Chitwan, Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Parasi, Banke, Mahendranagar, Nepal-India border, and some rural municipalities and municipalities around it; As a few numbers of posts have to be filled as per the details, qualified Nepali women affected by trafficking and violence are invited to apply.

Minimum qualifications and experience
For Team Leader: Must have at least a bachelor's degree from a recognized educational institution and 2 years relevant work experience or, having passed 12th class and 5 years work experience in a related field, computer skills, and English language proficiency.
For Facilitators: Passed SLC / SEE and have at least 2 years experience or at least 5 years experience in the related field after passing 10th class*.
For all of the above positions, the ability to facilitate the capacity building of groups in the community, and the ability to act as a catalyst, to communicate efficiently and coordinate, to be confident, creative, positive learning tendencies, people who are vulnerable to trafficking/violence, and Special interest in the upliftment of the community, experience working with people affected by violence, willing to serve as a social engineer committed to the values, philosophy, and goals of relative Nepal.
