3) Documents to be submitted along with the application: A copy of the citizenship certificate, a copy of the educational qualification certificate, and a copy of the certificate registered with the concerned council for the post of health service should be submitted along with the form prescribed by the Public Service Commission. Also, the application fee: Voucher deposited in Internal Revenue Account C1.1 1050010027124 of Mega Bank Khijidemba Rural Municipality Branch should also be attached.
4) Age: In the case of Medical Officer, 21 years and not exceeding 40 years, in the case of others, 18 years and not exceeding 40 years.
5) Salary Scale: As determined by the Government of Nepal and as per the decision of the village municipality.
