According to the letter from the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security (Prime Minister's Employment Program), Kharpunath Gaupalika, Employment Service Center under Humla and Nepal Climate Change Support Program-2 (NCCSP2) have the following qualifications to fill the required posts. 1. Technical Assistant (Prabidhik Sahayak)

Required Qualification and Experience:
A) Passed proficiency certificate level or Overseer or Diploma level in Civil Engineering.
B) Experience and SIP: Technical Assistant will need the following experience and SIP:
- Basic computer skills for at least three months of training.
- Able to prepare and analyze project cost estimates, supervision and final cost details for infrastructure construction and maintenance, at least 6 months of work experience including teamwork experience, interpersonal skills to achieve project goals and results
2. Employment Coordinator (Rojgar Sanyojak)

- Program: Prime Minister's Employment Program
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Passed proficiency certificate level or 10 + 2 in secondary education
- Experience and Skills: The following experience and SIP will be required in the employment coordinator.
- Basic computer skills for at least three months of training.
- Work experience in the social sector for at least 6 months
3. Social worker (Samajik Parichalak)

- Level: Fifth level of local service
- Program: Nepal Climate Change Support Program-2 (NCCSP2)
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Passed proficiency certificate level or 10 + 2 in secondary education
- Experience and Skills: The following experience and SIP will be required in a social worker.
- Basic computer skills for at least three months of training.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of social mobilization and social mobilization in the field of social mobilization.
Age: 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age.

The Rural municipality may employ the alternate candidate for the post of the social worker and technical assistant in other related posts.
