For the Khairhani Primary Health Center Operation and Management Committee under Khairahani Municipality, various (Assistant Fifth posts) with the following number and qualification should be appointed in the health service contract. This notice has been published within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice for the information of all concerned regarding the application along with the receipt of payment of revenue till office hours. If there is a public holiday on the last day of application, the application can be submitted till the next day.

1) Educational Qualifications and Experience
1.1 Pharmacy Assistant: Must have passed Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized educational institution and registered with the concerned council.
1.2 Radiographer: Must have passed Diploma in Radiography from a recognized educational institution and registered with the concerned council.
2) To be attached in the application: Personal details of the candidate, copy of educational qualification, copy of certificate of Nepali citizenship, copy of experience related details should be attached. Candidates have to sign and certify themselves on the back of all the copies submitted.

4) Contract period: up to 2078-2079
5) Type of Exam: Short Listing and Interview
6) Salary: Monthly Rs. 22,500/-
