Notice regarding taking contract service

In order to work in the departments/divisions/branch offices of Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited and its subordinate structures, contract service employees have to be appointed in Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. All concerned are informed to apply to the Human Resource Development Branch of the head office of the company along with the receipt number of the examination fee prescribed in the Accounts Branch.

Application forms can be obtained from the Human Resource Development Branch of the Company's Head Office, Tripureshwor. The details can also be viewed and downloaded from the company's website www.kathmanduwater.org. Remuneration, service conditions will be as prescribed by the company.

Vacancy Details:

1. Light Driver - 10

- Passed at least 8th class from a recognized educational institution and obtained Light driver's license.

2. Assistant Pump Operator-27

- At least 8th class Passed from a recognized educational institution.

3. Meter reader - 33

- At least 8th class Passed from a recognized educational institution.

4. Helper - 4

- Learn to read and write (Literate)

5. Key Driver - 10

- Learn to read and write (Literate)

6. Office Assistant - 6

- Learn to read and write (Literate)

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

1) Nepali citizenship

2) Minimum qualification

3) Must have completed 18 years of age and not reached 40 years of age.

4) In the case of a driver, Light driver's permission must be obtained. Must be renewed in case of expiration.

5) Not disqualified by other prevailing laws

The application should include personal details of the candidate, certified copy of educational qualifications. After all the submitted copies, the candidate himself has to sign and certify that the copy is correct as per the original.
