2. 5Years Experience as senior project management expert in construction supervision of highway/ bridge/ tunnel projects.

3_ Experience in FIDIC contract is desirable.

4. Experience in the use of MS-Project or other planning software is desirable.

Sr. Contract
Arbitrator

LLB with Business Law

1. At least 15 years of Professional Experience.

2. 10 Years Experience in Advocacy in Public Procurement Law.

Sr. Bridge
Design Expert

Masters Degree in Structural
Engineering with specialization in Bridge

1. At least 15 years of Professional Experience.

2. 5 Years Experience as a senior Bridge design expert in Bridge projects.

3. Previous Experience of construction supervision of highway/ bridge projects is desirable.

4. Relevant software experience for structural analysis and design of the bridge is desirable.

5. Design Experience of at least 2 long spans Bridge is desirable.

Sr. Tunnel
Design Expert

Masters Degree in Tunnel Engineering

1. At least 15 years of Professional Experience.

2. 5 Years Experience as a senior Tunnel design expert in Tunnel projects.

3. Experience of construction supervision of at least 1.5 km tunnel length in water supply / hydro / irrigation/highway Tunnel projects.

4. Design Experience of at least 1 Tunnel is desirable.

Sr. Geologist

Masters Degree in Geology.

1.  At least 15 years of Professional Experience.

2.  At least 10 Years Experience in Geology related works (Slope

Stability,   landslide   investigation    and       mitigation,      tunnel    and
underground excavation)

3.  5 Years experience as a senior geologist in road/bridge/tunnel/Hydropower construction.

4.  Knowledge of ArcGIS, SPSS, DIPS, PhASE2, and MS Office is desirable.

Sr. Hydrologist

Masters Degree in Water Resources  Engineering with
B.E. (Civil)

1. At least 15 years of Professional Experience.

2. At least 10 Years Experience in Hydrology related works.

3. 5 Years experience as senior hydrology in road/ bridge/ tunnel/ hydropower/ irrigation projects.

4. Experience in HEC-RAS analysis and modeling is desirable.

Civil Engineer

B.E. in Civil Engineering

1. At least 10 years of Professional Experience.

2. At least 5 Years Experience as a civil engineer in road/ bridge/ tunnel.

3. Experience in the use of road software is desirable.

Sr. Health &
Safety Engineer

Masters Degree in Construction Management

1. At least 15 years of Professional Experience.

2. At least 10 Years Experience in health and safety-related works.

3. 5 Years experience as a senior health and safety engineer in road/ bridge/ tunnel/ hydropower/ irrigation projects.

Draft Person
(CAD Operator)

Diploma in Civil / Architect
Engineering

1. At least 7 years of Professional Experience.

2. At least 3 Years Experience in preparation of drawings for civil engineer projects using the CAD system.

M.Sc. in IT/Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information science/
