As per Article 5 of the Small Enterprise Development Program Operational Guideline for Poverty Alleviation, 2077, the post of Enterprise Facilitator has to be filled in the service contract for this Fiscal Year 2077/78. Interested Nepali citizens who have reached the qualification as per the details are requested to submit a formal application to this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice along with the required details and receipt of payment of revenue.

Date and place of application: - Within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice, Office of the Kathmandu Municipal Corporation, Department of Social Development, District Coordination Committee, Building, Baber Mahal.
Contact Date: - On the 16th day after the publication of the notice, but if there is a public holiday on that day, you have to contact the next day at the office of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Social Development Department within office hours.
Place of work and job description: - Within the Kathmandu Metropolitan City, the tasks specified by Directive 2077 for the operation of the Small Enterprise Development Program for Poverty Alleviation.
Service Facility: - The contract agreement with Kathmandu Metropolitan City will be as mentioned in the terms and conditions.
Age: 18 years and not exceeding 35 years till the last date of application (not exceeding 40 years in case of women and disability)
Contract period: - Will be till the end of Ashad 2078.
Other required documents to be submitted with the application are: - Personal details of Ummetwar, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, a certified copy of minimum educational qualification, certificate of work experience, 3 recent passport size photos, other documents as per prevailing law.
The place to submit application and fee: Rs.500 should be deposited in Nabil Bank Ltd. in Kathmandu Metropolitan City Revenue Account No. 0306017500147 and attached with the voucher application.
Required Qualifications and Experience: -
(A) Diploma course in Enterprise Development Facilitator recognized by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), or
(B) Passed Enterprise Development Facilitator Skill Test Level 2 or 3 from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), or
(C) Passed the Technical Entrance Examination (TLSC) on Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF) from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).
The basis for selection: - By publishing the preliminary list and according to the working procedure of this corporation, oral interview.
Conditions and criteria: - Must be a Nepali citizen and not disqualified by the prevailing law.
