Kathford International College of Engineering and Management (KICEM) was founded in 2003 AD and is affiliated to Tribhuvan University. KICEM offers the top-class bachelor' degree programs in Engineering (BE Civil, BE Comp, BE Elx), Business (BBA, BBM), Comp Sc & IT and Comp Apps (BSc CSIT, BCA). We, the team of KICEM, are looking for a lead person to fill-up the following positions.
Program Coordinator: Bachelor of Business Management (BBM)
Qualifications:
- Masters' degree in Management or equivalent with 1st division.
- 5 years or more experience after Masters in academic administration and teaching.
- Strong in academic planning, administration, and learning.
- Strong in curriculum and teaching/learning methods.
- High self-motivation, detailed-minded and goal-oriented.
Key Roles:
- Design/develop a detailed semester plan (goal, activities).
- Implement/evaluate semester goals and activities.
- Academic administration.
- Supervise/appraise the Dept team and faculty members.
- Strengthen teaching/learning methods and resources.
- Liaison and coordination with University.
- Planning, documentation, and reporting.
Program Coordinator: Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
Qualifications:
- Masters' degree in Computer Application, IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5 years or more experience after Masters in academic administration and teaching.
- Strong in academic planning, administration, and learning.
- Strong in curriculum and teaching/learning methods.
- High self-motivation, detailed-minded and goal-oriented.
Key Roles:
- Design/develop a detailed semester plan (goal, activities).
- Implement/evaluate semester goals and activities.
- Academic administration.

- Strengthen teaching/learning methods and resources.
