Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services Vacancy for Project Manager:

Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Agriculture, Climate change, livelihood, Good Governance, and Water and Sanitation since 2005.KIDS is implementing the NTP support the project under Global Fund Program in the partnership with Save the children and coordination with NTCC in Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Palpa, Dang, Banke, Bardiya, Pyuthan, RolpaandNawalParasi (West)districts. Connecting to this program, we are inviting applications from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable, and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following position:

1. Position: Project Manager

• Duty Station: Project Office Butwal, Rupendehi, with frequent field visits in program districts.

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

• Master's degree in public health and at least 3 years of relevant working experience especially in Communicable diseases or public health programs.
• S/he should have a high level of leadership, coordination with respective stakeholders, interpersonal skills, program management, monitoring, and implementation as per the agreed plan.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, financial management, and quality reports writing for donor reporting.
• Good computer skills and ability to communicate in English and Nepali language both verbal and written.
