Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Agriculture, Climate change, livelihood, Good Governance and Water and Sanitation since 2005.

KIDS has been implementing Tuberculosis Program and is going to implement an HIV program targeted to migrants and spouses in the partnership with Save the children in Rupandehi district. Therefore, we are inviting applications from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following positions:

Position

Required qualifications and experience:

Program Coordinator -1

Rupandehi
  • Bachelor in public health/social science or equivalent.
  • 2 years of working experience in a related field.   
  • Excellent coordination, management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good writing, analytical and documentation skills.

M&E Officer -1

Rupandehi
  • Completed Bachelor in public health/ social science or equivalent.
  • 1-year working experience in a related field.
  • Good skill (Office package, email, and Internet).
  • Good writing, analytical and documentation skills.

Admin/Finance Officer -1 

Rupandehi
  • Bachelor in Management with 1-year working experience or Intermediate in related subject with 3 years working experience in a related field.
  • Good computer skills (Office package, email, and internet).

In-reach worker- 5
  • At least SLC/SEE completed, or CMA/ANM with 1-year working experience in a related field.   
  • Good recording and reporting skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.

Lab Assistant - 1
  • Completed Lab assistant with valid council registration. 1-year working experience in a related field.

Logistic/finance assistant (For TB Program) -1

Project office Butwal
  • At least intermediate in commerce/management with 2 years experience in a related field.
  • Motorbike driving license, basic computer skills, logistic management, communication, and financial report preparation skills.

Support Staff -1

Rupandehi
  • At least 10 class pass with 1-year relevant experience.
  • Having a motorbike/Scooter will be value-added.
  • Good communication skills with staff and other people.

Local candidates will be given high priority.
