1. Branch Manager — Up to Supervisor Level — 1 (Susta Branch)
(A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance, and other Sales roles with a thorough understanding of Compliance & Risk.)
2. Branch Manager — Up to Officer — Few
- (Province 1, Province 2, Kathmandu Region, Narayanghat Region, Pokhara Region, Butwal Region, Western Region)
(A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance, and other Sales roles with a thorough understanding of Compliance & Risk.)
3. Assistant Relationship Manager — Assistant to Supervisor — Few (Shardhanagar Branch)
(A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance, and other Sales roles with a thorough understanding of Compliance & Risk.)
4. Assistant Relationship Manager — Assistant to Supervisor — Few
- Province 1, Province 2, Kathmandu Region, Narayanghat Region, Pokhara Region, Butwal Region, Western Region
(A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance, and other Sales roles with a thorough understanding of Compliance & Risk.)
5. General Service Department — Up to Supervisor Level — Few (Central Office)
- A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks preferably in the General Service Department.
- Good Understanding of Cost Management Practices and office equipment.
- Proven Knowledge in Inventory Management, Fixed assets, and Insurance Management.
- Good Operation and Administrative skills and knowledge.
6. Contractual Staff — Few (Inside & Outside Valley Branches)
- A minimum of three months Internship at a Bank and Financial Institution.
- Any experience as a contract or outsourced staff in BFI's Business function shall be an added advantage.
Academic Qualification Criteria to
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics for the Assistant/Officer Level.
- Contractual Employment: A Minimum of 50% in Bachelors (Management/Economics or related field).
Age Criteria
- Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level
- Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant to Supervisor Level.
- Age not exceeding 28 years for Contractual staff.
