Experience Criteria:

4. Legal Department - (Junior Officer to Officer -1)
- A minimum academic qualification of LLB with 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the Legal Department.
- Should have good analytical and evaluative skills
- Candidates having experience in handling legal cases with good communication, presentation, and Interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
5. General Service Department - (Supervisor to Junior Officer -1)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in BFIs Commercial or Development Banks in the General Service Department.
- Candidates having good communication, negotiation, and Interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates have a good understanding of General Operations and other Support Functions.
- Candidates have an understanding of procurement procedure, Insurance, documentation procedure, CAPEX, Inventory Management, and Fixed Assets Management.
6. Branding and Corporate Communication -(Assistant to Senior Assistant -1)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in BFIs in branding and corporate communication is preferred.
- Candidates having experience in media management with good communication and interpersonal skills who are creative are encouraged to apply.
Age & Academic Qualification Criteria
- Minimum of Master's Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Managerial Level.
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics for Assistant/Officer Level.
- Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant Level, 35 years for Officer Level, 40 years for Managerial Level. Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from the shortlisted candidates.
