In order to run a micro-enterprise development program (MEDPA) for poverty alleviation in Kamal Rural Municipality, it is necessary to select an enterprise development facilitator as per Article 5 of the Small Enterprise Development Program Operation Guideline 2077. Eligible Nepali citizens in accordance with the prevailing law should apply within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice in the form of application form along with receipt of payment of prescribed revenue fee during office hours. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. No action will be taken on applications that have not reached the deadline.

1) Minimum qualification required:
A) Passed a diploma course on enterprise development facilitator recognized by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT)
B) Passed Enterprise Development Facilitator Skill Test Level 2 or 3 from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training
C) Passed the Technical Entrance Examination (TSLC) on Enterprise Development Facilitator recognized by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training.
2) Age: At least 18 years of age and not exceeding 40 years
3) Last date to apply: 2077-08-05 (the day after the public holiday)
4) Type of Selection: Written and Interview
5) Documents attached to the application: The following are the copies certified by the applicant himself: Citizenship, Minimum Qualification, Certificate of Character, Certificate of Character, Experience letter, and 2 copies of passport size photo.
6) Service facility: As per the agreement, it will be as specified by Rural Municipality.
7) Job Description to be performed by the post: For the alleviation of poverty, it will be as per schedule 1 of the micro-enterprise development program operation guideline, 2077.
