Since the citizens residing within the Kamal Rural Municipality (Gaupalika) area have to take the following staff in the service contract for the identity card distribution program by identifying the poor families; Interested candidates who have reached the specified qualification are requested to apply within 15 days from the date of first publication of the notice by taking the application from the office.
1. Supervisor - 1 (One)
2. Enumerator (Ganak)- 8 (Eight)
1) Minimum Educational Qualification in the case of Supervisor: - At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject including statistics or population or economics or mathematics from a recognized educational institution and basic computer related knowledge.
2) Minimum educational qualification in the case of enumerator: - Passed at least certificate level (10 + 2), or equivalent in the subject of accreditation including statistics or population or economics or mathematics from a recognized educational institution and basic knowledge related to computer.
3) Age limit: - Completed 18 years till the date of application and not exceeding 40 years. Local residents will get priority.
4) Type of examination: - Written and interview
5) Syllabus: General Knowledge, Mathematics and Statistics and Computer related. (Like Nayab Subba / Kharidar)
6) Procedure of Selection: - The procedure related to the management of technical staff in the contract in Kamal Rural Municipality will be as per 2077.
7) Examination Center: - Office of Kamal Rural Municipality, Topgachhi, Jhapa.
8) Application Fee: - Rs. 500 Internal Revenue Account Number 0640058196400016 of NMB Bank Kerkha Branch of this office or gross bank voucher deposited in the Accounts Branch of the office should be submitted along with the application.
9) Documents to be submitted along with the application: - Copy of citizenship, copy of educational qualification certificates, 2 passport size photos, immigration registration certificate in case of immigration.
10) Place of application: - Office of Kamal Rural Municipality (Administration Branch), Topgachhi, Jhapa.
11) Last date for application: - 2078/08/24 within office hours (if leave on that day, next day of office opening)
12) Service Facility: Poor Family Identity and Identity Card Distribution Program Directive 2075.
13) Contract period: up to 5 months from the date of appointment. Poor family identity and identity card distribution guideline 2075 should be done within 5 months. Everything else will be as mentioned in the agreement.
14) Exam Date: - Will be published later.
