1. Head-Human Resource (senior officer to Deputy Manager) – 1
Experience: Having Banking experience of at least 5 years in Banks/Financial Institutions in related field/department and at least 1 year of experience as Head of Human Resource Department.
Academic Qualification: Having a Master’s degree in business administration, finance/economics or equivalent subject from recognized University.
Other Requirements: Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills.
2. System Administrator – IT Department (Assistant to Sr. Assistant) – 1
Experience: Having at least one year of professional experience in banking and financial institution
Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
Other Requirements:
- Having at least one year of professional experience in banking and financial institution managing system administration related works like server, Storage hardware/software management, virtualization management in VMware, backup management, Active Directory Users /Resource Management, Expert in Group Policy implementation and Linux Server Administration
- Priority will be given for candidates having global certification courses like MCSE, RHCE, etc
3. Head-Learning & Development (Officer to Senior Officer) – 1
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/L & D Department of BFIs.
Academic Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University.
Other Requirements:
- Should be capable of analyzing training requirements and organizing training for overall growth & development of staff.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
4. Network Administrator – IT Department (Assistant to Senior Assistant) – 2
Experience: At least one year of professional experience in banking and financial institution
Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Networking, and Security related field.
Other Requirements:
- Having at least one year of professional experience in banking and financial institution managing corporate and branch network, VPN, Firewalls, Switch and Router configurations, and management having well-versed in switching, routing and Linux Administration.
- He / She should perform daily work independently on any platform like CISCO, Fortigate, Sophos, etc.
- Priority will be given for candidates having global certification courses like CCNA, CCNP and System administration knowledge in VMWare.
5. Branch Managers (Supervisor to Assistant Manager) – 15
Experience: Experience in the Banking and Financial sector.
Academic Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree or Masters preferred from a recognized university.
Requirements:
- Having a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University and three years of banking experience; or Bachelor’s Degree on a mentioned subject with five years of banking experience.
- Should be skillful in business growth, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
- Having experience in credit administration, branch operation & marketing.
6. Information Security Officer (junior officer to Senior Officer) – 1
Experience: At least two years of professional experience in corporate network security management at a corporate level or in Information Security Audit firm /Consultancy with similar experience.
Academic Qualification: At least a Bachelor Degree (Preferably Master Degree) in Computer Science /Information Security or any equivalent IT degree
Other Requirements:
- Priority will be given for a person having Professional information security certification like CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, etc.
- Should perform regular security vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- Regular monitoring of network, database, applications, firewall events log and identify possible risk and mitigation/implementation of best security policy.
- Formulation and implementation of best security policies at a bank.
- Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks and NRB IT Guidelines.
- Sound knowledge of information security best practices and technology implemented in banks, networks, firewalls, switch, routers, servers, Virtualization, SIEM, database, email, and file security, access control mechanism, DR/DC Management, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to educate non-technical staff about various security measures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
7. Head-Research & Development (Junior Officer to Senior Officer) – 1
Experience: Three years of experience; or Bachelor’s Degree with five years of experience in the organized sector
Academic Qualification: Master’s Degree in Economics from a recognized University
8. Relationship Managers/Credit Officers (Senior Assistant to Officer) – 15
Experience: 2 years of banking experience in any Banks/Financial Institutions.
Academic Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University.
The corporate position will be given on the basis of experience & exposure of candidates.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the further selection process as per the Bank’s requirement.
