Radisson Hotel Kathmandu, a leading 5-star hotel in Nepal owned by Oriental Hotels Ltd. and a franchise of Radisson Hotel & Resorts, which is wholly owned by its parent company Radisson Hotels Group, is currently hiring for the following positions:

Position: Associate Director of Sales (01)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales target of the hotel in coordination with DOSM.
• Develop and implement strategies for achieving the sales goals.

Requirements:

• Hold an MBA/Bachelor's degree, preferably BHM.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in a 4/5-star hotel.

Position: Assistant Manager Reservation/Reservation Executive (01)

Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation tasks and manage the reservations team.
• Ensure the smooth running of the reservation system.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience using Opera Software will be an added advantage.

Position: Airport Representative (01)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests arriving at the airport.
• Assist guests with their luggage and provide directions.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess exceptional communication skills and a pleasant personality.

Position: Bell Boy (Male) (01)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, providing directions, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least a plus 2 degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.

Position: F&B Associate (06)

Requirements:

• Hold a BHM/DHM degree.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Industrial training in MB Service Department is a plus.
