Janaknandini Rural Municipality, Rural Executive Office, Khajuri, Dhanusha, Notice Regarding Contractual Appointment for Service Positions.

As the posts in Janaknandini Rural Municipality have not been filled by the Nepal Government Public Service Commission or the Provincial Government Public Service Commission, the following positions need to be filled on a contractual basis until further notice. Interested, qualified Nepali citizens are requested to submit their applications at the Rural Municipality Office in Khajuri, Dhanusha within 15 (fifteen) days from the publication of this notice.

Conditions:

1. Educational Qualifications:

   • For ANM: Must have completed ANM course from a recognized institution and be registered with the relevant council.

   • For Lab Assistant: Must have completed the Lab Assistant course from a recognized institution and be registered with the relevant council.

   • For Civil Engineer (Seventh Level): Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and be registered with the Nepal Engineering Council.

   • For Sub-Engineer (Civil) (Fifth Level): Must have completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

   • For Agriculture (Fourth Level): Must have passed T.S.L.C. / S.E.E. or equivalent in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution.

   • For Animal Husbandry (Agriculture Vet) (Fourth Level): Must have passed T.S.L.C. / S.E.E. or equivalent in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution.

2. Documents to be Submitted Along with the Application:

   • Certified copy of the minimum educational qualification certificate.

   • Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate and copies of residence and marriage registration.

   • Certified copy of the required work experience certificate.

   • Original voucher or cash receipt for the application fee (paid in Janaknandini Rural Municipality's name at Agriculture Development Bank, Account No. 1005501691646010).

3. Age: Must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years of age (40 years for women).

4. Contract Duration: From the date of the contract agreement, the contract will last for 6 months, and it may be extended every 6 months.

5. Selection Criteria: Written exam and interview.

6. Service Conditions and Benefits: As per the laws in force, according to the terms set by the Rural Executive Office.

7. Deadline for Application Submission: By 23rd of Falgun, 2081 (within office hours).

8. Special Priority: Local candidates will be given special preference.

9. Late Submission: If the last day for application submission is a holiday, the application form may be submitted until the next working day.

10. Invalid Applications: Applications not submitted as per the prescribed procedure will not be processed.
