1. Minimum qualifications and experience required:
A) Passed Proficiency Certificate level or Overseer or Diploma level in Civil Engineering
B) Experience and skill: The following experience and skill will be required in the technical assistant:
- Having basic computer skills after 3 months of training
- At least 6 months experience in the project cost estimate, supervision and final cost statement preparation and analysis for construction and maintenance of infrastructure, teamwork experience to achieve project goals and results, interpersonal skills
C) Age: At least 15 years old and not exceeding 45 years
