Pursuant to Section 12 of the Public-Private Partnership and Investment Act, 2075, for the purpose of selecting on the basis of competition for the vacant post of Chief Executive Officer in the Board of Investment, the following potential candidates are mentioned in detail in the format of Schedule-I A proposal has been invited for the information of all concerned to submit the sealed application to the Secretariat of the Recommendation Committee, the Prime Minister's Office and the Office of the Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice for the first time.
1. To be a candidate for the post of Chief Executive Officer, one should have reached the qualification as per sub-section (3) of section 12 of the Public-Private Partnership and Investment Act, 2075 BS and should not have been disqualified as per sub-section (4).
2. Sub-rule of Rule 7 of the Public-Private Partnership and Investment Rules, 2077 with the candidate's application (2) The following details shall be submitted.
3. An unsolicited application will be rejected.
4. The application form to be executed by the Chief Executive Officer in accordance with the Public-Private Partnership and Investment Act, 2075, and the Public-Private Partnership and Investment Rules, 2077, and the application form as per Schedule-1.
