International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serving poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life in its fullness through health and development service. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development service in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpashim provinces of Nepal.

INF Nepal Green Pasture Hospital (GPH), Pokhara serving peoples with specialized treatment and rehabilitation services in leprosy, spinal cord injuries & other neglected trauma, ear care and palliative care is looking for qualified, skilled, service oriented and committed Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions and values.

Position: Audiologist

Required Number: 1 (One)

Location: GPH, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:  

To undertake audiological clinical testing, interpretation and reporting in the areas of hearing and vestibular assessment, vestibular rehabilitation, pediatric assessment and tinnitus retraining therapy depending upon experience. To undertake adult auditory rehabilitation via the fitting and maintenance of hearing aids. To take an active role in research, service development and service audit. Develop and participate in the teaching of trainees, students and junior staff. Occasional speech and language therapy work

Required Qualifications. Skills and knowledge:

  • Masters level qualification in relevant field of study. Candidates waiting for result can also apply.
  • Minimum one year of experience in clinical setting.
  • Experience of hearing aid fitting and reassessment and pediatric Audiology
  • Excellent patient handling skills.
  • Motivated to care for and serve disadvantaged persons.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines.
