Position: Fistula Outreach Facilitator

Purpose of the Job:
The post holder will work with the outreach coordinator to develop and implement an outreach strategy to both identify women with fistula and facilitate their referral and travel to treatment centers and socio economic rehabilitation of fistula patients and also to educate communities and community health volunteers about obstetric fistula and how it can be prevented.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and knowledge:
- SLC/SEE passed with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a relevant field such as fistula-related community work /community mobilization/community facilitation.
- Good team building, liaison, and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate in languages like Tharu, Awadhi.
- Basic computer skills in MS Office programs like Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Willing to travel in the remote district or Rural Municipality.
- Ability to work under pressure.
