Integrated Development Society Dadeldhura is a non-governmental organization that has been continuously operating since 2003. With support from various partner organizations, the organization has been effectively implementing programs related to income generation, drinking water, sanitation and hygiene, irrigation, climate change adaptation, disaster management awareness, youth entrepreneurship, and women's empowerment across all local levels of the district.
With financial and technical support from Women’s Bank and FCA Nepal, Integrated Development Society Dadeldhura is implementing the “Women Entrepreneurship Development Project in Non-Traditional Sectors” in Navadurga Rural Municipality of Dadeldhura District. Minimum Qualification Required: Bachelor's degree with one year of work experience in the social sector. (Priority will be given to those with a degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Business Management (BM).)
Or, candidates who have passed the Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent and have at least two years of work experience in the enterprise development sector. -
Work Area: Must work by staying at the Enterprise Development Center located in Ajaymeru and Navadurga Rural Municipalities.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in the field of economic empowerment and self-employment promotion for women through traditional and non-traditional skill development and who have studied enterprise development and are working with local government.

Type of Examination: Shortlisting, written, interview, and practical tests (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Service and Facilities: As per project rules.

Preference: Candidates from Dalit, indigenous, women, differently-abled groups from local municipalities in Dadeldhura District will be given priority.
