Minimum Educational Qualification:
- For Manager: Postgraduate in any subject / ACCA level passed with at least 3 years of experience at the officer level in banks and financial institutions or government or semi-government institutions, or a graduate level passed with at least 5 years of experience at the officer level in banks and financial institutions or government or semi-government institutions, or CA passed with experience in banks and financial institutions.
- For Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager: CA passed or ACCA / postgraduate level passed in any subject with at least 2 years of experience at the officer level in banks and financial institutions or government or semi-government institutions, or graduate level passed with at least 4 years of experience at the officer level in banks and financial institutions or government or semi-government institutions.
- Special priority will be given to those who have worked as departmental heads or have relevant experience in the finance department, monitoring and supervision department, and internal audit department.

- For Management Trainee: Bachelor's degree or equivalent examination passed.
Age Limit:
- For Managerial Category: Must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 55 years (on the last date of application submission).
- For Officer Category: Must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years (age limit will be extended by five years for women).
Nature of Work:
- The Managerial Category will be responsible for overall financial transactions, business expansion, administrative work, institutional governance, employee management, policy formulation, and its implementation of the financial institution.
- Management Trainees will work in any department of the central office or branch office.
- Managerial Category will be given a permanent appointment with a probation period as per the financial institution's rules. Management Trainees will be given a probationary appointment after the training period as per the financial institution's rules.
Type of Examination: Oral interview.
