Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a licensed financial institution of "D" class from Nepal Rastra Bank, providing microfinance services through its 90 branches in 47 districts of Nepal. Job Positions and Requirements:
1. Junior Officer
Number of Vacancies: Few
Educational Qualification:
Graduation or equivalent examination with at least 3 years of work experience in a bank and financial institution, or postgraduate level with at least 2 years of work experience in a bank and financial institution, or proficiency certificate level with at least 5 years of work experience in a banking and financial institution, or semi-qualified CA or graduate level or similar exam with experience working in an audit firm or an association.
Age Limit: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 40 years (for women, 5 years will be added)
2. Junior Assistant (Trainee) / Assistant / Senior Assistant
Number of Vacancies: Few
Educational Qualification:
- Junior Assistant: Must have passed at least SLC/SEE, 10+2, or equivalent examination and willing to work in the microfinance sector. Preference will be given to those who know how to use a computer and have a motorcycle and motorcycle driver's license.
- Assistant: At least 10+2, proficiency certificate level (10+2), or equivalent examination and must have worked in the microfinance sector for at least one year.
- Senior Assistant: Must have passed graduation level or equivalent examination and worked in the microfinance sector for at least 1 year or passed proficiency certificate level or equivalent examination and worked in the microfinance sector for at least 2 years.
Age Limit: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 35 years (for women, 5 years will be added)
Nature of Work:
The job positions require employees to work in branch offices and monitoring offices located in remote rural areas of the mountains and Terai. The responsibilities include cow group operation, loan investment and recovery, savings collection, loan analysis, and utilization inspection, accounting of collected savings and recovery installments, among others.
Selection Process:
The selection process includes a written examination, field concept, and oral interview for Junior Assistant and an oral interview for Assistant, Senior Assistant, and Junior Officers. An examination fee of Rs. 500/- for Officer category and Rs. 200/- for Assistant category is applicable.
