1. Position: Officer / Senior Officer / Assistant Manager

Minimum educational qualification:
- For the post of Senior Officer and Officer: For at least 5 years have passed the Bachelor's or similar examination and worked in Banks and Financial Institutions for at least 5 years, or Master's level in any subject Must have passed Chartered Accountants (CA) and have worked for one year in Banks and Financial Institutions. You will have to work in the monitoring office or central office based on your qualifications and experience.
- For Assistant Manager: Having passed CE or ACCA / Postgraduate in any subject and at least 2 years work experience in authorized level in Banks and Financial Institutions or Government or Semi-Government Institutions, or Bachelors and in Banks and Financial Institutions or Government or Semi-Government Institutions Must have worked at the official level for at least 4 years. In addition, priority will be given to those with experience in internal audit, accounting, and monitoring, and supervision.

Minimum Educational Qualification:
Must have passed Bachelor level, or similar exam and have worked in microfinance for at least 1 year, or have passed proficiency certificate level or similar exam and have worked in microfinance for at least 2 years.
Type of Examination: Oral Interview of Managerial Level, Officer Level, and Senior Assistant.
Age limit:
- For Officer Level: 21 years and not exceeding 40 years,
- For Administrative Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 50 years
- For Assistant Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 35 years. (In the case of women, the age limit will be increased by five years).
Nature of work:
Group mobilization, credit investment and recovery, savings collection and loan analysis, and utilization inspection and accounting of accumulated savings and recovered loan installments will have to be done in the remote rural areas of hills and Terai. Monitoring and supervision in various areas will have to be done for internal audit and accounting. Managerial Level, Officer Level, and Senior Assistants will be appointed during the probationary period as per the rules of the financial institution.
