Minimum educational qualification:
For Manager Post: At least 3 years of work experience at an authorized level in a bank and financial institution, or a government or semi-government institution after passing the postgraduate / ACCA level in any subject, or at least 5 years at an authorized level in a bank and financial institution, Must have worked for one year, or at least have passed CE and have worked in banks and financial institutions.
For Deputy Manager Post: Passed CE, or ACCA / Postgraduate in any subject and at least one year of work experience at an authorized level in Banks and Financial Institutions or Government or Non-Government Institutions, or Graduates and in Banks and Financial Institutions or Government or Semi-Government Institutions Must have worked at the official level for at least 4 years. In addition, priority will be given to those with experience in internal audit, accounting, and monitoring, and supervision.
Type of Examination: Administrative Category Oral Interview.
Age Limit: 21 years for the managerial category and not exceeding 50 years. (In the case of women, the age limit will be increased by five years).
Nature of work: Monitoring and supervision, internal audit, and accounting-related work will have to be done in different fields. Appointments will be made during the probationary period as per the rules of the managerial category financial institution.
