Independent Living Center (CIL-Pokhara) Vacancy Announcement:
The Independent Living Center (CIL) Pokhara, in partnership with USAID and Mobility International USA (MIUSA), for the promotion of COVID-19 epidemic inclusive response in Kaski district; Applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens for the following positions under the Disability Rights Activist Leadership Operational Project.
Vacancy Details:
1. Project Coordinator - 1 (One)
Minimum Qualification: Passed in Sociology or Anthropology; Postgraduate priority
Responsibilities:: At least 3 years work experience in the field of disability, inclusive disaster management or community development, experience in planning, budget management, staff mobilization, project monitoring, and reporting, social mobilization, local level, working in coordination and collaboration with government and non-government bodies, fieldwork Must be competent and interested, have data collection, analysis, and management, computer-related skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analysis) and have a good command of English.
2. Program Officer - 1 (One)
Minimum Qualification: Passed undergraduate level
Responsibilities: Able to coordinate and collaborate with various governmental and non-governmental organizations, health organizations, village heads, metropolitan level health heads or bodies, capable and willing to do fieldwork, data collection, analysis, and management, computer-related (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analysis) Must have skills and good knowledge of English language.
3. Personal Assistant - 2 (Two)
Minimum Qualification: Passed SLC / SEE
Responsibilities: Must be able to work with people with different types of disabilities, be able to work in groups, be able to work in the field, and be willing, have basic computer knowledge.
