1. Position: Divisional Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Coordinator (DMERL Coordinator) for IFRC- American Red Cross, Asia-Pacific Region
Required Qualification: Master's degree in international development, public health, or other development-related areas
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program design and assessment; at least five years working directly in a M&E role required; along with a thorough familiarity with the principles and current approaches to monitoring and evaluation using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
Responsibilities:
- The Asia-Pacific DMERL Coordinator will provide technical support in areas of monitoring and evaluation, project design, learning, and related area to the American Red Cross Country Delegations in the Asia-Pacific region.
- The position will provide project oversight and technical assistance to program staff in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating projects in collaboration with Red Cross and non-Red Cross partners.
- The DMERL Coordinator will support the management, monitoring, and evaluation of high-quality programs.
- In addition, the DMERL Coordinator will facilitate learning, sharing, and use of good practices within the Asia-Pacific region.
- The position will report directly to the Manager, and DMERL team, and will be based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
