1. Position: Resource Mobilization Manager for IFRC
Qualification: Master's Degree or similar professional and/or academic qualifications in economics, marketing, Resource Mobilisation Development management or sales
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in RM/strategy development with a track record in achievements in increased income.
Responsibilities:
The job purpose of the Resource Mobilization Manager is to lead and manage fundraising activities to accomplish the expected results and strengthening the Property & Resource Management Division to achieve its plan "Resource mobilization (RM)" in Nepal Red Cross Society includes a combination of diverse skills and competencies comprising of, but not limited to, needs assessment, market trends analysis and research from individual to institutional and corporate donors; planning and budgeting; strategic returns on investment; targeted fundraising, income generation; business planning and development; cost recovery through services and asset management.
This position is created within the IFRC country office Nepal and will be seconded to NRCS with indirect line management by IFRC CO.
