Human Development and Community Services (HDCS) is a non-profit, NGO working in health, education, and community development since 1991. It currently manages hospitals, schools, F.M. radios, Public Health Program, Wash and Livelihood Project and other community development-related projects in different districts of Nepal. HDCS is looking for committed and service-minded Nepali citizens for the following:
Partnership Manager
(Donor Relations, Proposal development, Fundraising, M&E, Communication)
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Relevant Master's degree from a recognized university
- 5 years of NGO/INGOinternational relations work
- Very good community development &project management skills (proposal development, log frame, project cycle, SDGs, M&E, reporting)
Main Responsibilities is: to support and partly manage the international and national Partnerships, Donor Relations, Fundraising, Monitoring, and Evaluation M&E and communication
