1. Position: Chef De Partie/ Demi Chef De Partie (Chinese Specialist)
Education: Graduated in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or in related field.
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the Chinese Kitchen in 5-star hotel or in related field.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Prepares and cooks foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
- Supervises the preparation and production of all hot or cold food items for buffet and a la carte menu to ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications.
- Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards.
- Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items.
2. Position: Chef De Partie/ Demi Chef De Partie (Pastry/Bakery)
Education: Graduated in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or in a related field.
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the Chinese Kitchen in a 5-star hotel or in the related field.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Responsible for preparing for bakery and pastries product require for Lounge.
- Review Production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced daily.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standard.
- Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.
- Check and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and report any discrepancies immediately.
