NOTICE OF VACANCY
KFA Consulting, a subsidiary of KFA, has signed a Management Consulting Contract with Himalayan Capital Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Himalayan Bank Limited, for its overall management. In this regard, KFA Consulting is looking to hire the following position for deputation in Himalayan Capital Limited.
In-charge/ Head of Investment Banking Department
The successful candidate will have significant autonomy and accountability to drive Sales and overall Operation of Investment Banking Department. The Candidate shall be working in close coordination with the Chief Executive Officer for overall Set-up of Investment banking functions including Portfolio Management Services, Mutual Funds, and Advisory Services.
Desired Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent degree or possessing professional qualification of CA/ACCA/CFA with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Merchant Bank/Capital Market Institution with hands-on experience of managing Investment Banking Department function.
