HIDCL Job Vacancy for Company Secretary and Compliance Officer:
Since the following vacancies in Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL) have to be filled by contract through open competition. This notice has been published for the eligible Nepali citizens who have not been found guilty of any qualification to submit the application to the specified place within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice along with the prescribed fee based on the working conditions obtained from the company's website.
No action will be taken on the application which has not reached the due date, has expired, has not reached the required minimum qualification, and is conditional.

H. Minimum Qualifications Required: Obtained Company Secretary's Professional Certificate from a local or foreign body authorized to issue a business certificate and have worked in the related field for at least 2 years; Or at least a first division bachelor's degree in law, management, commerce or economics from a recognized university and at least 3 years in the related field; Or worked in the field of company management.
I. In case of division is not disclosed in the educational certificate, the applicant has to submit the Division disclosed certificate of the concerned educational institution along with the application.
J. Applicants who have obtained a certificate from a foreign educational institution will also have to submit the equivalent document.
