(1) While submitting the application, along with the certified copy of the certificate of educational qualification, certificate of Nepali citizenship, training, experience, and other additional qualifications, must be registered at Hetauda Hospital, Makwanpur by 2077-07-15 within office hours.
(2) The examination fee should be deposited in the counter of Hetauda Hospital or in account no. 0505501613455013 of the Agriculture Development Bank, Banking Office, Hetauda.
(3) The application form can also be downloaded from www.hetaudahospital.gov.np and sent to [email protected] along with the receipt or voucher and required documents. The e-mailed application form should reach the office by the contact date.
(4) Must be disqualified as per Article 12 of the Nepal Health Services Act 2053. Must be under 18 years of age and not exceeding 40 years of age for posts other than healthcare.
