Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Sub Engineer: Must have passed a Diploma in Civil Engineering from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal at certificate level or equivalent.
- Assistant Sub Engineer: Must have passed SLC or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal and received training in a related subject or passed TSLC in a related subject from a technical school.
