HAMS Hospital is seeking highly qualified professionals for key leadership roles, including Nursing Director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO). These positions require extensive experience and specialized qualifications in nursing leadership, finance, and healthcare management. 1. Nursing Director:
The Nursing Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to the nursing department. The role requires collaboration with other faculties and Senior Management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The Nursing Director manages nursing staff, fosters a positive work environment, and ensures regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience of 10 years in nursing leadership or management roles as a Deputy/Nursing Director required.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practice standards, regulations, and quality improvement methodologies.
2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for managing budgets, establishing policy, financial decision-making, controlling margins and debt, and making decisions about hospital assets and resources. The CFO is also responsible for the development and implementation of financial strategies to improve the business performance of the hospital, finding ways to lower the cost of procedures, and overseeing the planning of hospital strategies measured by financial benchmarks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- CPA or Master’s Degree in the field of Accounts & Finance required.
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience at the CFO level or at least 7 years at Senior Management level in a Healthcare Set-up.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive management experience in an investor-owned healthcare organization is recommended.
3. Chief Operating Officer (COO):
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for providing administrative oversight and direction of surgery center operations, including but not limited to business growth, strategic planning, marketing, financial stewardship, and daily operational activities. The COO ensures that all areas operate within the established policies, procedures, and in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Management (or equivalent) required.
- 10 or more years of working experience at the Senior Management level in a Healthcare Set-up.
- Understands the importance of Senior Management efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and profitability.
