For Gulmi Hospital Tamghas, the positions as per the details are to be filled by taking the contract service through a competitive examination; Applications are invited from candidates who meet the qualifications as per below. Mode of Examination: Written and Interview and (Practical for 4th Level)
Application fee and place of submission: Rs.1000 for ninth level, Rs. 400 for fifth level and Rs. 400 for fourth level. How to obtain and submit the application form: Download the form from www.gulmihospital.lumbini.gov.np and submit the application along with citizenship, minimum educational qualification, copy of council registration certificate, complete receipt of examination fee.
Last date for submission of application: 2079-06-06 within office hours.
Candidate's age limit: 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years for Assistant Commuter Operator 4th level by date 2079-06-06; Not exceeding 40 years for female and disabled candidates and 18 years for Anesthesia Assistant, Radiographer and not exceeding 45 years; And Obstetrician and Gynecologist / Medical Generalist / DGO/MO for 9th / 8th level having completed 21 years of age and not exceeding 45 years of age.

Note:
- Applications that are not submitted by the office within the specified period or do not meet the minimum qualifications or do not include other specified details or do not follow the specified procedures will not be accepted.
- For the posts that require council registration, the candidate must submit the (not expired) certificate of registration with the relevant council.
- Candidates who pass the written test must submit their educational qualification certificate, citizenship certificate and a copy of it before giving the interview.
