Minimum educational qualification
(A) On the technical side: Must have obtained the minimum educational qualification prescribed for the above post as per the Nepal Health Services Act, 2053 and Rules, 2055.
(B) On the administrative side: Must have obtained the minimum educational qualification prescribed for the above post as per the Nepal Civil Service Act, 2049 BS, and Rules, 2050 BS.
(C) In case of the post to be registered in the council, the name should be registered in the concerned council.
(D) To the driver: The driver's license must be obtained.
(E) Towards office support: Must be able to read and write.
