1. Departmental Head (IT) [Managerial/Officer Level] - 1 (One)
Required educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in relevant subject or similar examination and having at least 3 years of working experience in bank and financial institution in related department.
2. Province Head (Managerial / Officer Level) - Few
Required educational qualification:
- Managerial Level: Candidates who have passed a Master's degree or similar examination from a recognized university and have 3 years of working experience in an authorized position in a bank and financial institution, as well as working experience as a provincial head in a microfinance financial institution, will be given special preference.
- Officer Level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university and 4 years of working experience in an authorized position in a microfinance institution.
3. Legal Officer (Officer Level) - 1 (One)
Required educational qualification: Passed Bachelor's degree or similar examination in a related subject. (Special preference will be given to those with working experience in banks and financial institutions after obtaining a license from the relevant body.)
4. Monitoring Officer / Internal Auditor (Officer Level) - Few
Required educational qualification:
- Monitoring Officer: Having passed Bachelor's or similar examination from a recognized university and having 3 years of working experience as a branch head in a microfinance financial institution; Or having passed the proficiency certificate or similar examination and having at least 5 years of working experience as a branch head in a microfinance financial institution.
- Internal auditor: Bachelor's degree in management from a recognized university or equivalent and having at least 2 years of work experience in a bank and financial institution or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountancy passed and having at least 2 years of work experience in an audit firm.
5. Branch Head (Officer / Assistant)
Required educational qualification:
- Branch Head: Graduate from a recognized university with at least 2 years of work experience as a supervisor or senior assistant in a subsidiary microfinance institution.
- Assistant Level: Passed Proficiency Certificate (10+2) level or equivalent examination from a recognized university with at least 3 years of working experience in microfinance financial institutions. (Special priority will be given to those working as Branch Heads.)
6. Assistant/Senior Assistant/Managerial Trainee/Trainee Assistant - Few
Required educational qualification:
- Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate level (10+2) working as branch head in microfinance financial institution with at least 2 years working experience.
- Junior Assistant: Having passed SEE or similar examination and having at least 1 year working experience in a microfinance financial institution.
- Management Trainee: At least graduation in management subject.
- Trainee Assistant: At least SEE or equivalent passed.
Age: Managerial Category: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 45 years, Officer Category: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 40 years, and Assistant Category: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
(Five years will be added to the upper age limit in the case of female candidates). There is no age limit for employees working in this financial institution.
Others: Preference will be given to those who can do motorcycle diving.
