Required Academic Qualification and Experience:
| Managerial Head / Province Head | Managerial Level: Passed a postgraduate or similar examination from a recognized university and held 3 years of working experience in an official position in the central office of a bank or financial institution, or passed Chartered Accountancy and gained at least 3 years of experience in banking and a financial institution or organized sector. |
| Officer Level: Graduated from a recognized University or equivalent and has 4 years of working experience in the Central Office of Banks and Financial Institutions, or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountancy and at least 4 years of experience in Banks and Financial Institutions or Organized Sector. | |
| IT Department Head | Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from a recognized University or equivalent and have at least 2 years of work experience as Head of Information Technology in Banks and Financial Institutions. |
| Legal Department Head | Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university or equivalent, and at least two years experience in the law department at a bank or financial institution. (Special priority will be given to those who have obtained the license of lawyer from the concerned body and have experience in advocating in the court) |
| Monitoring Officer | Graduated from a recognized university or equivalent and has worked for 3 years as a branch manager in a bank or financial institution. |

Age:
- Managerial Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 45 years;
- Officer Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years
- Assistant Level: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
- In case of female candidates, the upper age limit will be increased by five years. There is no age limit for employees working in financial institutions.
Other: Preference will be given to those who can drive a motorcycle (including license) for all positions.
